For the last three years, KIR Foundation has hosted
the Annual Exhibition to create awareness about our projects as well as to
display and sell the items made by our beneficiaries with and without
disabilities. The aim of the KIR Foundation Annual Charity Fair 2016 is to
raise funds to host the 2017 Prize Giving and Book Donation Day Project which
will take place at the Special School for Handicapped Children at Creek Road
Port Harcourt on Friday, the 3rd of February 2017.
It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to
the Keeping It Real (KIR) Foundation 4th Annual Charity Fair 2016. It is an
open and free flowing event with a steady stream of guests coming in to shop as
well as network with other vendors and guests.
Venue: The Charity Fair will hold at
KIR Foundation’s Inclusive Resource and Rehabilitation Community Centre. Plot
8, Road 112, Federal Housing Estate, Amadi-Ama, off Peter Odili Road via Haritz

KIR Foundation is passionate about those who are
marginalized, especially persons living with disabilities (PWDs). We constantly
look out for opportunities to promote the rights for inclusion of the
disability community in all developmental issues because we know that they are
stigmatized and the poorest of the poor in society. Therefore, in 2012, we
adopted the Special School for Handicapped Children (SSHC) had have been
implementing projects in the school within our thematic areas of Education,
Advocacy, Capacity and Sustainable Development. Our belief is that no one
should be left behind in self-development especially in education.
